About The Event

As we age, our life force tends to decline, we face issues regarding illness and diseases, stress, insomnia, lack of energy, memory loss and fatigue.

The Revitalize Your Life Workshop Series is an extraordinary program for those 55 +, that addresses these everyday life and health challenges and more. Certified instructors, Eva Gold and Kay Walsmith will focus on teaching proactive skills and techniques to rebuild your strength, resilience, vitality, joy, peace and harmony for optimal life-long health and wellbeing.

This 4-weeks workshop series will be held 1:30-4:00pm on Tuesdays, beginning January 15, 2019 and ending on February 5, 2019.

This proven 4 week series is based on skills and techniques from master teachers worldwide that have proven to effectively enhance one’s lifestyle with a focus on the complete immersion into whole body wellness; self-care, self discovery and rejuvenation..

Topics include exploring energy influence as a force behind many health issues. For instance:

  • Aches, pains, and inflammation
  • Sleep disorders
  • Healthy weight
  • Digestive Issues
  • Immune System decline
  • Clarity of thought
  • Relationships & emotions
  • Stress & Vulnerabilities

The basis of Eva and Kay's teachings comes from the fact that we are energy. Our body, mind and emotions are all forms of energy in motion. Sometimes that energy can become out of balance creating health challenges.

Our focus:

Learning to be proactive in self-care techniques to keep one healthy, physically, emotionally and mentally. You will learn techniques to keep joints healthy, keep healthy levels of oxygen in the blood, learn to deal with the many daily stresses we all experience daily,
