A little about me –
Having grown up overseas I have a very broad view the world, people & our vast differences.
I feel most inspired when exploring all the different aspects and stories that contribute to an individual’s uniqueness. I’m always curious to learn more and am fascinated by the life dynamics that drive and motivate us all.
Amongst my closest peers, I’m known as a calming presence, a trusted thinking partner with a non judgmental approach, a deep listener with a light energy. I help my clients find their voice, take risks, dare to be courageous and seek their freedom. I do this by peeling back the layers of their mind, holding the space for true authenticity to emerge. When this happens and the light bulbs come on, the rest is magic!

Fascia Blasting Session(s)
Please make your Practitioner aware of any Pharmaceutical Blood Thinners or over the counter medicines (herbal) that you may be on (this is imperative). Nut Free Oil or Coconut Oil is used during sessions. Please make Practitioner aware of any allergies.

Your session is custom tailored to your specific wants and needs. Whether you need specific targeted points or over-all Fascia Health, let your journey begin here.
Each session includes Infrared therapy (via overhead lamp), Oils, Aromatherapy, Hot Towels and a relaxing environment.

Fascia work is typically not one and done, therefore packages of 6 or 8 sessions are available. Discounts of 10% or15% will be applied at time of purchase.

**It’s incredibly important to fully hydrate prior and after each session as you will be expelling toxins from your system. 48 to 72 hours must pass before another session takes place**.
Fascia Blasting Enhancements
Quiet Time:15 min $10/ 20 min $15 /30 min $20
After your service we cover you with a weighted blanket so you are safe, snug and secure before we leave the room so you can bask in the massage glow without rushing back into the real world. Take this time to meditate, nap or just relax. We will knock before we come back in to gently wake you. *** This is a pre-book service only as we do not want to interrupt our other client’s session***
CBD: $30
CBD and Hemp oils have been scientifically proven to help with pain relief, relaxation, and general wellbeing. Add our specially selected CBD oil to any service and reap the benefits.
Infrared Heating Bio-Mat: $35
This mat contains Amethyst, Tourmaline and Obsidian Crystals activated by infrared heat. The heated gems will release far infrared rays & Ions to increase blood circulation, relax muscles, promote metabolism, improve sleep and relieve fatigue.
Cupping: $30
Modern tools combined with Ancient Chinese techniques produce an incredible way to remove toxins and stagnant blood while promoting fresh blood circulation into the muscles. This service helps break up and release compacted fascia which in turn can Increase range of motion and decrease pain.
